The game opened with a goal from Kieran O’Dea. This was soon levelled however, by three quick fire points from Ballyagran. Kieran O’Dea was involved in the second goal also which would see Sam Cronolly find the net.

Bruree showed no signs of slowing down in the second half with every forward and midfielder getting on the score sheet including Conor Frawley who opened his account with Bruree with two points.
The highlight of the second half was a magnificent solo run from Michael Lane which began at the forty five yard line and ended in a goal, giving Lane a total tally of 1-5 for the match.
Ballyagran found it hard to break our defence in the second half which led to us only conceding five points.
