This morning in Bruff we played two matches at 10:30am against Bruff. The U8s match was a cracker with great performances from all the team. We were very strong in Defence with Cadon O'Shea in goal and Ryan Shinney and Tiernan McCarthy defending. In midfield Cillian O'Donoghue and Rachel Deane were very determined and committed and played some lovely football during the game. Donnacha O'Dwyer was our forward on the day. In the other U8s match which had 3 under 8’s and the rest under 6’s and they played there hearts out. This team was very young but they showed great commitment, skill and team work throughout the game. The under age looks very bright at the moment in Bruree with 18 players there this morning along with the 25 for the under 10’s last nights. Thanks to all for helping out today.
