- Calm (App) – guided mediation (including 7 day courses on calming anxiety, managing stress), sleep stories, body scans. ( I can personally recommend this one).

- Yoga, HIIT, 7 minute workouts and barre workouts

- Free app for recording runs, walks and cycles

- Free app for runners, records runs and helps aid with training plans
Just to add a few more options to this list that may be useful for people right now:
- Turn2me.ie – they have free online support groups and other tools for managing mental health such as thought journals – also paid 1-1 counselling.
- Aware – they are starting a new Life Skills Online programme on April 8th – people can express interest now.
- Grow – they have launched a six week online guide to cope with Covid – 19 – no need to register – includes articles, a podcast, suggested tasks, recipes etc. Week 1 is up this week.
- Online education – MOOC courses are massive online open courses provided by universities – you can explore options at www.mooc-list.com – varying level of difficulty. Another option is www.ecollege.ie for mainly tech online courses.
